- Avoid getting your lashes wet for the
first 24 hours after your lash
appointment
- Avoid swimming, steam rooms and hot saunas for the next 48 hours. Extreme heat is not recommended.
- Do not use an eyelash curler. Lash curlers are not necessary since the synthetic lash maintains the curl with which it was designed. The pressure from the curler can break down the adhesive bond causing lashes to fall out. Do not perm or tint the lash extensions, this will also break down the bond.
- Mascara is not recommended. Mascara and cleansers that are used to remove mascara contain conditioning properties and oil which can weaken and loosen the adhesive bond. If you insist on using mascara, use non-waterproof and apply only to the lash tips.
- Eyelash extensions are easily maintained. Avoid oil based cleansers, lotions and eye makeup removers. Carefully clean around the eye area and remove makeup with a Q-tip. Do not rub your eyes.
- Enjoy batting your beautiful new lashes!
